Automated bending - Panelling
SaintrOnic has been using for a couple of years flexible cells of automated bending. the principle : the sheet blank is moved on a horizontal level thanks to a manipulator with precise stop without mechanical stop units. A rotator of assembled blank on the manipulator which position the side to be folded in front of the press. The rigid greenhouse blank firmly blocks or releases very quickly the sheet blank. the group of bending is equipped with blades which enable the persons to carry out numerous folds both upwards or downwards.
