The R&D department and NPI
The integrated design /industrialization center is constituted by a team of 40 people specialized in the following areas:
- Mechanics / Fine sheet metal: from the primary piece to complete assemblies, spare parts, sub-assemblies, complete assemblies
- Electrics: Supply, refrigeration , protection…
- Electronics: Production of electronic cards in accordance with the book of specifications
- Optoelectronics: management of the fiberoptic in terms of specific network
All these competences are at our customers’ disposal for the partial or total development of their products (developments in platform mode, design to cost, co-development…) and their ad hoc production tools. So, your saintrOnic technical interlocutors become full-fledged partners in your project team to co-think your products.
3D conception under PRO-ENGINEER (Wildfire) 3D formats : natif PRO-ENGINEER, STEP, IGES 2D formats : DXF, DWG compatible AUTOCAD Exploitation on GPAO integrated into the machine park in real-time.
Modern exchange means: EDI, CAO, GED, FAO, Internet, ERP (SAP), FTP, Co design online...
SaintrOnic does not hesitate to call and to manage other design offices on specific services within the framework of complete projects.
Prototypes
A « prototype » area enables to confirm or to test the technical options, to anticipate the industrializations and to realize a fast service by a dedicated flow. Our “prototyping” area is equipped by dedicated means compatibles with the series, what facilitates the industrialization.
Qualifications
In situ or software (IP, CEM, Vibratory, acoustic, thermal...) and consulting with official certified laboratories.
