Saintronic provides a flexible tool in order to reply to the standard and personnalized needs of the customers.
In order to adapt its structures to the market, SaintrOnic put its organization around Flexible Manufacturing Systems. The organization and the rationalization of production are today of primary importance to face the requirements of flexibility and the varities of production.
To be able to go from a certain manufacture to another in a short time and in a completely automated way, to connect series of metal pieces following the demand and through management systems...examples are various and the motivation of the whole Saintronic team will be your guide.
A totally automated process from the raw material to the end manufacturing product : The flexible and integrated on line system leads to a high output of the manufacturing of metal pieces because it allows an optimization of the raw material logistics from the entry to the end of production. The automatic store manages and distributes the machines through raw materials and cut out blanks.
Besides the machines, the flexible production in Saintronic should be seen as a philosophy and a real motivation to follow our customers/partners on their markets.
Composition of the production means on FMS status :
- an automated material store of 51 meters,
- 24 cells of fifteen levels : 370 cassettes
- a punching machine S4S30 with head of 65 stations 3000 x 1500,
- a P4 option cut pannelling , 3000 x 1500,
- a L2 laser with loading/automatic unloading 3000 X 15000,
- the associated sofware for a optimized management and schedule.
