KITTING: Method consisting in gathering components that will be assembled together.

A kit is composed of different components gathered and sold under a same article designation.
The kitting includes all the purchasing, provisioning logistic,manufacture of certain components kits selling, grouping and logistics of components required for on-site installation of systems.

Mise en kits
The SaintrOnic’s kitting department can go from the supplying to the delivery and the installation on site of systems. Broadly speaking, the kitting is a very powerful tool and there is an unlimited number of possible product combinations defined with our clients.
2,500 order lines are delivered each week.

Indeed, for one of them, Saintronic manufactures boxes of different sizes which are conditioned in kits (structure, carries...)with options such as cables.Components of different sizes or different unitary code represent the other materials sold by SaintrOnic in the form of kits.

Mise en kits Logistics is a very determinant function in the “kitting” activity. Chronograms at day or per hour are set up in order to enable the presence of the kits as soon as sites open. These chronograms are also used on export markets where our storage capacities and our supply chain enable our customers to obtain a global service.

So, the “kitting” activity is a very significant part of SaintrOnic’s turnover and it represents between M€ 15 and M€ 20.

Today, this revolutionary method turns out to be both economical and qualitative.
