To evaluate the integrated system effectiveness and the link with its policy SaintrOnic makes annual reviews of direction
The permanent improvement is daily controlled thanks to:
- a coherent and complete network of indicators,
- regular reviews,
- internal audits,
- Job audits,
- correctives or preventives improvement actions, which find their origins in the proposals for an improvement by SaintrOnic's employees, internal and external audits, analysis of the various Quality, Security, Environment recordings, processus analysis,non conformities analysis, customer complaints and evaluations.
An organization dedicated to its customers
SaintrOnic defined its processus according to its customers' expectations. Then, the 3 company's operational processus are transversal processus customer to customer showing the different life cycle of a customer account.
