Regarding the operation of cabling and integration, SaintrOnic offers to its customers 35 years of experience in various fields such as Telecom, railway, instrumentation, medical, military... more than 100 professionals in the cabling field : from the engineering and design department to the workshop going through the industrialisation. SaintrOnic has the knowledge to manage various levels of qualification.
Vibrations, electromagnetic comptability, available space, weight…each sector of activity has its own environment, constraints and normative requirements : because we have various types of customers and that each one is unique, SaintrOnic has been able to develop a listening and a pallet of know-how likely to find solutions with the most difficult requirements of its customers.
Saintronic draws from the competences of:
- its engineering and design department: 17 ingineers and technicians,
- its method service: 11 ingineers and technicians,
- its cabling professional staff : 92 technicians and operators,
- an annual capacity of more than 120 000 hours of production.
The concept of customer cells
In order to correctly determine necessary ressources to your projects, SaintrOnic has been innovating by functionning in dedicated customer zones in order to maximize flows.Synchronization between the mechanical/structural parts/envelopes and the electronic part is done naturally on the same site. The grouped ressources for your products help in dealing with absences, securing the ramp up or responding to exceptional rises of rate.

Tests and test reports
SAINTRONIC covers most of standards such as EN 60.950 but the services are usually adapted to the customer’s need in particular in functional aspect (test software…). The supply of the test reports is again dedicated to the customer but generally relates to the behaviours in temperatures, vibrations, shocks, etc.
Upstream, SaintrOnic has all the competences to control an external qualification or to carry out an internal pre qualification. This service will even include the test itself and the supply of a report.
